Facebook has launched a new stripped down, text-only mobile version of its site - 0.facebook.com
Facebook has collaborated with operators from around the world to develop this new mobile site that includes all the key features of its standard mobile site m.facebook.com. You can easily update your status, view News Feed, like or comment on posts, send and reply to messages, or write on your friends' Wall similar to Facebook.com.
You can access this free Facebook mobile version 0.facebook.com without any data charges. However, you need to pay for data charges when you view photos or when you leave 0.facebook.com to browse other mobile sites. A notification page will emerge, once you try to view a photo or browse another site, to confirm that users will be charged for visiting pages other than Facebook site.
